As a professional, I think it is important to take a step back and analyze personal and professional growth. Throughout my physical therapy training, I have taken the time to look introspectively at areas where I can improve, as well as areas where I excel. This has been an important tool to help constantly challenge myself to continue to improve, and will continue to be a valuable tool throughout my time in the physical therapy workforce. Below is a progression of how my strengths and weaknesses has evolved since the beginning of my training. Each year I found myself continuing to develop upon previous strengths but challenging myself to improve in new domains. Although I do not repeat strengths, as I have progressed I have noticed that previous strengths have persisted. But I am always finding new areas to improve upon to sharpen my clinical reasoning and skills.
